Some Of Springs Latest And Greatest Finds To Keep Your Kids Healthy And Active!

Spring always bring me a sense of renewed inspiration and motivation to run hard after goals, play a little harder with my kids (outdoors again!) and stick to choices that make me and my family a little healthier. One of the perks of my job as a blogger is that I get to try some of the latest and greatest products out there that often help me with these goals and I get to share them with you guys. I was super excited to receive this fun spring box from babbleboxx because there are some fantastic goodies in here that we will for sure continue to use as a family. I can’t wait to show you everything that was inside!

 1. ZURU Glove-A-Bubbles- I can’t think of another toy for $1.99 that my kids would have more fun with or get more exercise with. Now that the weather is getting warmer, my goal is to run my girls hard (so the little one naps hard!) and get all that energy out in the afternoons. Glove-A-Bubbles is a super fun glove with holes that make bubbles when the glove is dipped in the bubble soap and waved through the air. I was not at all surprised to hear that it won the Toy Association’s 2019 Outdoor Toy Of the Year award because it’s so affordable, super fun, it’s recyclable through Terracycle and it gets kids moving!  We use a lot of star charts around our house as positive reinforcement and I will definitely be keeping our treasure chest stocked with these all spring and summer long! They also make great gifts for Easter baskets!

2. Rainbocorns Sparkle Heart Surprise from ZURU- If it has rainbows, sparkles or mystery surprises you can sign Ayla up for it! Since Rainbocorns has all three, it was obvious from that start that this would be one of Ayla’s favorite toys. After your child hatches their Rainbocorn they will find that their sparkle heart reveals another unique magical surprise. Since they already come in an egg and are only $9.99 they are a perfect non-candy addition to any Easter Basket.

3. A Child’s Introduction to the Environment Book- I love a good educational book that sparks interest and passion about important topics for my kids. Black Dog and Leventhal have some amazing books in their Child’s Introduction Series. This particular one on the Environment is no exception as it goes into greater depth than what your children would usually learn in a classroom but is done in an informative and equally fun and engaging way. The illustrations are beautiful and Ayla loves that the books come with “extras” like stickers, activity pages and removable posters that get her even more excited about protecting the planet. It’s a fantastic resource if you’re homeschooling or simply want to help your child explore a passion they have in a deeper way!

4. ExpanTech Kids Socks- I was super excited to open these socks up from the box and I would like to formally thank No nonsense for creating socks that grow as my kids do! It seems like my girls are always outgrowing their play socks and No nonsense created a genius sock with ExpanTech technology that lasts longer and stretches over multiple sizes. It’s perfect for tiny feet that don’t stay tiny for very long!

5.    Heat & Eat Meals from Freeli Foods- These pouches were totally new to me and I could not be happier about finding them in this box! This is one of the brands that we will definitely continue buying for the long haul! I could not be happier to FINALLY find healthy meals with clean ingredients for my kids that are grab and go ready! These pouches are high protein meals made with antibiotic-free chicken and beef, real cheese and rBST-free dairy in a BPA-free pouch. There are no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives! I’ll be honest, my kids love these but I have been swiping a few of them myself for a quick and healthy meal on the go! You can eat these right from the pouch, making them perfect for a school lunch, or pour into a bowl if you prefer. You can find them online, at Fresh Thyme, and select Kroger stores. You can use code BABBLE10 for 10% off of one box now through 4/15!

AFHK believes that Healthy habits start at home so they are inviting you to celebrate “Every Kid Healthy Week” by following the dialy themes from April 26-30th.
