The New Baby Brand You Need To Know About!

The New Baby Brand You Need To Know About!

bornfree

“So when can we put all this baby stuff in the basement?”  I hear this questions every week or so as our home has turned into a temporary “baby land”. Being married to an Architect has it’s pluses for sure. Justin has an eye for design and cares deeply about his environment, making our home a place that feels cozy and peaceful to live in. One of the con’s I suppose is that he does not love all the clunky plastic baby accoutrements that have accompanied our little ones!  To be honest, neither do I but it feels like a necessity during this stage of life.

BUT… I recently found a new brand that we have both fallen in love with for their simplicity in function and design. As a work from home mommy, I need a place for Cozy to nap and an accessible place for diper changes during the day. I don’t want to be running up to her nursery every time she cries over nap time or needs a diaper change, so we decided to set up a portable playard in the living room.

When I saw the Born Free Siba playard I totally fell in love! Born Free is new to the baby scene and their eye for ascetics paired with functionality puts their baby gear on a whole new level. I was first drawn to the beautiful and sleek design or our new playard but as I learned more about it I found that it was designed to be easy to set up and take down as well. It has a place for a tiny baby to sleep, a changing mat and a comfortable mattress for baby to play or sleep as they grow. I loved the size! It’s not too large so it fit’s nicely in our living room and is perfect for travel.

When our Siba playard arrived I was so impressed with the quality and the beautiful materials it’s made out of. Unlike our various other clunky plastic baby items cluttering up our home, our Siba has a beautiful metal frame with black and grey materials varying in texture and shade. It even passed my husband’s design standards and he’s commented on how nicely designed it is. The best part is that with how easy it is to set up and put away we can easily fold it up and store it at the end of the day. It’s ironic, but we have found that we don’t mind leaving it up in our living room because it actually looks nice!

I have been so happy with our Siba playard that I have been eyeing up some of Born Free’s other products as well. They all have the same sleek and minimal design with a high end feel. These products are clearly well made and beautifully designed so the price point was pretty shocking! I would have expected them to be far pricier but they really are so reasonably priced and affordable. If your in the market for baby gear they are definitely work checking out! It’s hard not to quickly fall in love with them!
